But nevertheless here an english desciption of our application:

(Urban) Land-use Plans, Structure Plans, Landscape Plans; Green-structure Plans and 3D-building-structures are designed on digital(ised) maps. Our experience is, designing a plan by acadB+FPlan takes about the same time as conventional drawing, but amending and supplementation prceedures will be done just in 20-25 % of the time spent by working with paper and ink and the result allways is "as a print".
All functions to work on a plan are placed in topic pulldown menus, icon menus, dialog boxes and toolbars.

Also the "AutoCAD DesignCenter" is used for planer's work:
Symbols, special lines and hatches according to the German Building Code's regulations or to local usage are entered fitting the chosen scale. All elements of the drawing are filed on topic layers. A layer management facilitates working in variantes.
Plans may be plotted monochrome as well as colored, both editions are created simultaneously.

Level of building coverage, of pavemewnt-, green- and sealing-coverage, soil-function- and green-volume-ratio, residential-, office- and commercial-floorspace-ratio can be determined easily. The results may be printed into the drawing and/or issued as a text file.
A 2D-map can be finished to a 3D-model of physical structure by the input of building's height (number of floors or absolute height), roof shape (saddle-, hip-, curb-, tent-roof, flat roof, hipped roof, spheric roof), roof slope (by angle or height). Roof hatches imagin a 3D-Impression even at plan view. Buildings of any kind are possible and the degree of detailing corresponds to scales used in urban planning.
All common scales are offered but any different may be committed.
